1. Training
We provide both public training and on-site training. Participants can consider our training as knowledge and skill knowledge transfer.

2. Workshop
Workshop, unlike training is a discussion on particular topic. We do this on-site, and it normally aims to give the management of a company a preview before the company engages our training. The discussion topics can be anything within our domain knowledge in 6 sigma and lean manufacturing.

3. Project support / Consultancy
Our consultancy method is to involve process owners. Process owners will be inside the working team, as skill will be transferred to the process owners through a series of training. It has both the theory and more importantly the practical parts where we transfer our knowledge and know-how.
